 United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC)

 On October 2-4, the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) held its National Conference, the largest gathering of Hispanic business leaders in America, at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, in Phoenix, Arizona. The annual conference brings together local Hispanic Chambers.

 Hispanic Women of Distinction

 The 21st annual Hispanic Women of Distinction Charity luncheon was held on Friday, August 26th, 2022, at Signature Grand in Davie, Fla. Paying tribute to Latina professionals who are strengthening the social fabric of this country and making inroads in the leadership pipeline for a growingly diverse America, the Hispanic Women of Distinction annual celebration of Community, Culture and Charity honors Latinas in South Florida, past and present.

 Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI)

 On September 13-15, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) held its Leadership Conference and 45th Annual Awards Gala in Washington D.C. Theme “Rooted in Strength, Achieving Our Dream”, the event is the largest celebration of Latino excellence in the nation. 

CHCI’s Leadership Conference included 26 sessions featuring over two hundred national leaders, elected officials, and influencers. The Awards Gala paid homage to the country’s most notable leaders for their legacies of impact and inspiration. 

 

Dallas Hispanic Bar Association (DHBA)

On Saturday, October 22, 2022, the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association in coordination with its non-profit affiliate Dallas Hispanic Bar Foundation, hosted their annual gala fundraiser, Noche de Luz, at the Dallas Museum of Art. The Noche de Luz Gala brings together members, sponsors, and community leaders for a dinner and awards presentation. Proceeds from the event are used to fund several initiatives, including scholarships for Hispanic law students at the three Dallas-area law schools. The Noche de Luz Awards honor individuals who are lighting the path to the legal profession for Latinas and Latinos in the Dallas community.
